This spectacular 10-story, $55 million mixed-use building raises the bar on senior living facilities with its plush, decorative style, wide functionality, comfortable spaces and varying levels of assisted living and memory care service – it’s far more like a high-end resort than a senior living center. Other amenities include five outdoor plazas, ground level retail, two fitness centers, a theater room, salon, dining rooms and four levels of parking.
