Located on the south side of the I-10, the property is nestled among the more affluent part of Avondale and close to nice resort communities (Palm Valley Golf Club), and quality local schools (Estella Mountain Community College & Palm Valley Elementary).
Project Brief
Newly opened in Spring 2018, Legacy House of Avondale, a premier senior living community, provides assisted living and memory care services. Residents enjoy daily activities, restaurant-style dining, beautifully decorated living areas, and a variety of apartment floor plans – all in a home-like setting.
