Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, the Wells Fargo Building is one of the city’s most iconic office towers. Originally built as the corporate headquarters for a large national grocery store chain, the building is equipped with high end finishes and boasts amazing city and mountain views. The building was acquired in a distressed sale situation in 2001. After more than 10 years of ownership, the building has proven to be a trophy asset for the owners.
Project Brief
The 598,836-square-foot building houses several major tenants, including Wells Fargo Bank, UBS Bank and Deloitte & Touche.
