Legacy Village of Sugar House is a 268 unit senior housing development located in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City. This luxury senior development sits 10 stories tall with the living units on the top 6 floors, parking on levels 2 through 5, and retail space on the ground floor.
Project Brief
130 Independent Living units, 90 Assisted Living units, 48 Memory Care units, 12,800 SF of ground floor retail, 550 stall parking structure. Completed in May 2017.
